Shipping policy

Delivery

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be prepared and dispatched, unless a different lead time is shown on the product page.

Where products within the same order have different lead times, your order may be dispatched once all items are ready. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with tracking information where available.

UK Delivery

Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Delivery estimates shown at checkout apply after your order has been dispatched and are separate from the preparation time shown above.

Please ensure that your delivery information is correct before completing your order.

International Delivery

Terrachi currently delivers within the United Kingdom. We hope to introduce international delivery in the future.
